From the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, to the lead story for CNN, USA Today, and the CBS Evening News their month-long disappearance (March 19, 2006 to April 15, 2006) brought the world a lot closer.  Trancending race, politics, and war people united together in the safe return of these young students.  A lesson we all must learn.

 

Quadrevion Henning	Purvis Parker

As family members we see their tragic deaths as not the end, but the beginning of a brighter, safer, more successful future for all of our young people, families, and communities.  With the final autopsy reporting that Quadrevion gave his life to save his drowning friend.  These two young students brought the nation together. And their deaths solidified their friendship for eternity.
